Miyako Hybrid Hotel, Torrance, CA
Served as the owner's representative for the ground-up construction of a seven-story hotel, including a 3,500-square-foot restaurant and a 4,000-square-foot spa. The 135,000-square-foot project features 209 rooms and achieved LEED Silver certification. Responsibilities included managing the construction process on behalf of the hotel owner and operator.
Miyako Hotel Little Tokyo, Downtown LA
