Owner and Founder Eric Mahoney AIA, MBA, LEED is a Real Estate and Construction industry professional with extensive experience in Construction Consulting, Real Estate Development, Architecture, and Project Management.

Mr. Mahoney has overseen more than $6B in construction loans for banks, lending institutions and investors throughout the United States and abroad. As a seasoned Owner's Representative, practicing Architect, and LEED Accredited Professional, Mr. Mahoney has worked on high-profile, complex, and sustainable construction projects from concept through closeout. 

Graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University and a Master in Business Administration from University of California, Irvine, Mr. Mahoney is a registered Architect in the State of California and a LEED Accredited Professional with the United States Green Building Council.
