Owner and Founder Eric Mahoney, AIA, MBA, LEED AP, is a seasoned real estate and construction professional with extensive expertise in construction consulting, real estate development, architecture, and project management. He has overseen more than $6 billion in construction loans for banks, lenders, and investors across the U.S. and internationally. As a licensed architect and LEED Accredited Professional, Eric has led high-profile, complex, and sustainable projects from concept to closeout. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
